Part 1 is all about getting into the mindset of a digitally successful business. SESSION 1.1 CONFIDENCE: Digital Business Mindset

Get excited about what being digital will do for your business. From the boardroom to reception, you need to inspire your team, so that they get involved and collaborate effectively. and feel involved. After this hearts-and-minds session, you will feel inspired by what is possible for your business.

SESSION 1.2 CREATION: L.O.V.E Your Business Blueprint

We will look at your products, sales targets and what makes your business special. This will form your digital plan that will lead to success.


Part 2 sets the plan for your day-to-day digital activity and growth. You need to be clear on who is doing what, how it will all fit together and how it will lead to results. I’ve worked in digital marketing since 1999. I was the marketing manager for Lycos UK (yes, pre-Google!), and then spent 4 years in mobile running subscription text services,  WAP sites and loyalty programmes for O2 and EE. In 2008 I started running social media training courses and opened Live And Social in 2009.
